coupon can be redeemed only on certain product meant for particular product on Gulwaymart.com.
However,
they cannot be returned or refunded, and are non-transferable. Gift coupon cannot
be redeemed for cash in part or in whole, or converted into credit notes.
They
cannot be used to purchase another Discount coupon.
If
you wish to return products you have purchased using a Discount Card, GULWAYMART’s
Exchange & Return Policy will apply.

is not responsible if your Discount coupon is lost, stolen, or used without
your permission. We shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised and/or
fraudulent purchases made using the Discount coupon. We presume that the guest
presenting the Discount coupon code is the intended beneficiary of the voucher.
Hence, we shall not verify whether the person redeeming it is the
actual/intended beneficiary of the Discount coupon.

utilised or is invalid, or if the guest is not the intended recipient.

Discount coupon will be governed by the laws of India and disputes, if any,
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana only.
