Shipping Policy

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

• For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the Final Invoice.
• Gulwaymart does not deliver products outside India currently. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world, however please ensure that the delivery address is within India. Our courier partners do not deliver to certain pin codes – you will be intimated if we can service to your location based on the pin code entered by you.
• For every item basic shipping fee of Rs 60/- will be charged.
• We don’t allow editing of orders or addresses once the order is placed.
• After your payment confirmation, our operations team ensures that your order is shipped as early as possible.
• We will ensure that the product reaches you within 7-10 working days, from the date of purchase.
• In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.
• Please do NOT pay for any additional charges to courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.
